Product Design

User Experience & User Interface

My UX/UI design process combines art and science while empathizing with human curiosity. Designing allows me to exercise my creativity while still solving real problems for real people.

From Idea To Nationwide Platform in 18 Months

Taking a concept and building it into a nationwide digital health platform while navigating state-by-state regulations, building a development team, and raising money. This isn’t just a case study but an inside look at my design process, ability to manage people and projects, and how I work, even under the tightest of deadlines.

CREATIONS

Here are some of the projects I’ve been working on. Some were for brands and companies, some for clients and friends, and others for myself either for my YouTube channel or a side project. Sometimes I’ll just re-design apps or programs I use every day just to keep learning and practicing. Safe to say I like to keep myself busy. 😂

“Styles come and go. Good design is a language, not a style.”

My Proccess

If you understand the why, creating the how becomes second nature.

As a designer, I need to understand the motivations behind why someone is using a product, software, or experience. By understanding these motivations, I can design an interface that better meets their expectations. I use modern psychological principles and UI standards to create enjoyable experiences for users, rather than basing designs on my own biases.

I learned early that product design isn’t about creating aesthetic designs and pretty mockups. It’s about understanding the end user. The saying is true, the great design fits our needs so well that it’s invisible.
